The theory classes are conducted in well-furnished, well-ventilated, and well-constructed classrooms, featuring proper lighting, curtains, well-built benches, and ample space for a smooth learning experience. Each classroom is equipped with modern teaching aids such as projectors, whiteboards, and green boards, ensuring an optimal learning environment. Proper lighting, curtains, and well-built benches further enhance the comfort and functionality of our educational spaces.
There are well established modern libraries catering to the learning needs of the academic community. The institute boasts a spacious, air-conditioned library housing over 14000 plus books on various subjects, including reference materials such as atlases, biographies, dictionaries, encyclopaedia’s, manuals, and yearbooks. The library is a hub of knowledge, frequented daily by around 100 students and faculty members, with approximately 100 users accessing its online resources. It offers a wide range of newspapers, journals, and magazines, and is Wi-Fi enabled with a seating capacity for 100 people. The library features dedicated corner stands for newspapers and a separate reading room area. It subscribes to e-journals such as Delnet and J-gate. Our libraries serve not only as places for quiet study and reflection but also as informal work areas where students can collaborate.
The library utilizes "Nimbus" automation software to streamline and manage all its services efficiently.
The library boasts an extensive collection of books covering diverse subjects, supplemented by an annual subscription to a wide range of national and international print journals, e-journals, e-magazines, e-books, and audio eBooks. The research section houses back volumes of journals, while the library is equipped with CCTV cameras for comprehensive monitoring and surveillance.
There are different laboratories in the institute for Hotel Management, Tourism, Nutrition, Fashion design and beauty therapy. The laboratories are organized based on specific domains. All laboratories are furnished with the latest equipment and instruments necessary for conducting subject-related practical work and research endeavors. Each laboratory is equipped with cutting-edge and precise instruments.
- Front Office : The front office lab serves as the hub for administrative and managerial tasks, facilitating efficient operations within the institute.
- Housekeeping : The housekeeping lab is where students learn practical skills related to cleaning, maintenance, and organization within hospitality settings.
The food production lab is where students hone their culinary skills, molecular gastronomical experimenting with recipes and techniques under the guidance of experienced instructors.
- BTK : A basic training kitchen is designed to equip individuals with fundamental culinary skills, providing a comprehensive environment for learning cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen management.
- QTK : The Quantity Training Kitchen (QTK), the largest kitchen in the institute, is designed for second-year degree students to conduct cooking practicals. The QTK prepares students to meet the challenges of cooking for large groups and catering to a diverse range of culinary preferences from different regions of India. This state-of-the-art kitchen, newly renovated and equipped with modern gadgets, can produce meals for hundreds to thousands of people at a time.
- Bakery : A Bakery Lab is a specialized facility designed for students and professionals to learn and practice the art and science of baking.
- Demonstration kitchen : An advanced training kitchen is equipped with the latest culinary technology and tools. This includes professional-grade stoves, ovens, sous-vide machines, blast chillers, and advanced food processors. These tools allow students to familiarize themselves with industry-standard equipment, preparing them for professional kitchens.
- Advance Training Kitchen
In the Food & Beverage Service lab, students refine their skills in hospitality service, classical service, learning the art of table setting, customer interaction, and the intricacies of food and beverage presentation.
- Latitude : This training restaurant is designed for first-year students to learn the basic service techniques and etiquette required in a restaurant. Throughout their first and second semesters, they are taught about different types of cutlery, crockery, napkin folds, glassware, and service styles. These skills are put into practice during lunch hours by serving their third-year seniors. Meanwhile, third-year students learn the etiquette and manners of being a diner in a restaurant, as they are served by the first-year students. The Basic Training Restaurant facilitates an exchange of knowledge and skills between the different year groups.
- Naïvdeyam : This training restaurant is for second and third-year students, where they learn to handle complaints and serve food to guests. During lunch hours, they practice by serving meals to staff members and guests. Additionally, students learn various methods and techniques for making cocktails and mocktails, as well as guéridon trolley service, which includes performing flambé service in front of guests.
In the Beauty Therapy program, students learn a variety of techniques and practices related to skincare, cosmetics, and relaxation treatments. Through hands-on training and theoretical instruction, students develop skills in skincare analysis, makeup application, massage therapy, and other beauty treatments. This program prepares students for careers in the beauty and wellness industry, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to provide professional beauty services to clients.
The Fashion Designing lab serves as a creative space where students explore the principles of design, fabric selection, garment construction, and fashion illustration. Equipped with industry-standard tools and materials, this lab provides students with hands-on experience in pattern-making, draping, sewing techniques, and textile manipulation. Through practical projects and experimentation, students develop their design aesthetics and technical skills, preparing them for careers in the dynamic field of fashion design.

- Textile Lab : A textile lab is a specialized facility designed to provide students and researchers with hands-on experience in the study and analysis of textiles. It encompasses various aspects of textile science, including fiber analysis, fabric testing, dyeing, and finishing processes.
- Pattern Making and Draping Lab
- Illustration Lab : An Illustration Lab is a creative space dedicated to the exploration, creation, and experimentation of visual storytelling through various mediums such as drawing, painting, digital illustration, and mixed media.
As a medical facility, the institute offers a dispensary providing round-the-clock first aid medical treatment for students, along with 24/7 ambulance services. Additionally, near the main gate, the institute houses a multi-specialty hospital known as CT Medicare Complex.
The Aryana Cafe is a vibrant hub where students gather to socialize, relax, and enjoy a variety of delicious food and beverages. Offering a diverse menu that caters to different tastes and dietary preferences, the canteen provides a range of freshly prepared meals, snacks, and beverages at affordable prices. The food truck is a mobile culinary destination, bringing an exciting array of delicious food and beverages directly to students and faculty on campus. Offering a dynamic menu that changes regularly, the food truck serves up freshly prepared meals, snacks, and beverages with a focus on quality and flavor. Whether it's gourmet burgers, tacos, sandwiches, or specialty coffee, the food truck provides a convenient and diverse dining option for busy individuals on the go. With its vibrant exterior and inviting aroma, the food truck adds a touch of excitement and convenience to campus life, creating a memorable dining experience for all.
The Night Owl Cafe is a cozy and inviting late-night hangout spot on campus, catering to students and faculty who burn the midnight oil. Open during late hours, it offers a relaxed atmosphere where people can unwind, socialize, and enjoy a variety of comfort food and beverages. With comfortable seating, dim lighting, and a welcoming ambiance, the Night Owl Cafe provides a perfect retreat for those seeking a break from studying or work in the wee hours of the night.
The institute provides separate hostels for male and female students, accommodating up to 720 students in total. Each hostel is equipped with Wi-Fi access and CCTV surveillance for added security. Additionally, there are common areas with TV facilities for recreation. The hostel rooms are well-ventilated and regularly maintained to ensure comfort and convenience for residents.
The Institute boasts the largest auditorium in North India, known as the Sardarni Manjit Kaur Auditorium, with a seating capacity of 1056.
The institute offers outstanding sports amenities for a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities. These include a cricket ground, football ground, volleyball court, badminton court, table tennis court, and facilities for throw ball, chess, carrom, and snooker. Additionally, there is a Yoga Centre and fitness facility equipped with all the necessary gear for gym workouts and yoga sessions. All sports areas adhere to national and international standards in terms of dimensions and specifications.
The Seminar Hall is outfitted with state-of-the-art ICT amenities, centralized air conditioning, and comfortable seating arrangements, complemented by a robust sound system. Moreover, it features speakers, microphones, and a separate sound system, alongside an internet cabin. Whiteboards, Wi-Fi connectivity, and additional ICT facilities further enhance the Seminar Hall's functionality.
The institute has a branch of PNB Bank with ATM facility too.
Airline Lab Demo : The Airlines Demo Lab provides a simulated setting where students can familiarize themselves with airline operations, including ticketing procedures, passenger handling, safety protocols, and cabin service, preparing them for careers in the aviation industry.
Nutrition Lab : In the Nutrition Lab, students engage in hands-on learning experiences focused on the principles of nutrition, dietary assessment, meal planning, and food analysis. This lab serves as a practical environment where students apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios, developing essential skills for careers in nutrition and dietetics.
